MCS Open Season 1 Finals will be held on January 9-10 in Moscow with three invited teams, as well as 29 from qualifiers, competing for a $10,000 prize purse.
MCS Open Season one started at the end of October, with the final online qualifier finishing just days ago, thus confirming the entire thirty-two team participant list.
The organizers decided to invite Sergey "Fox" Stolyarov's Moscow Five, Andrey "B1ad3" Gorodenskiy's dAT, as well as the usual ex-CIS region mixteam, Nostalgie.
ANGE1 will represent Nostalgie at MCS Open Finals
Representing Nostalgie in Moscow will be Denis "seized" Kostin, Kirill "ANGE1" Karasiow, Emil "kUcheR" Akhundov and Oleksandr "s1mple" Kostyliev, and Alexey "OverDrive" Birukov.
Among the twenty-nine teams qualified for the MCS Open Season 1 Finals are Kazakhstan's CheckSix, as well as twenty-eight Russian teams:
